Creamy Chocolate wafers

Ingredients

+Dough:

°4 eggs

°1 cup (200ml) sugar powder

°1 cup flour

°3 tbsp cocoa powder

°1 Box Baking Powder

°1 can vanilla sugar

+Cream:

°1 liter milk

°4 tbsp flour

°4 tbsp potato or corn starch

°1.5 cup sugar powder

°2 Eggs

°100g butter

°1 can vanilla sugar

°400 ml whipped cream

+Coating:

°200ml whipped cream

°100g milk chocolate

*Methods

Beat eggs also sugar to frothy also adding sieve flour mixed with cocoa alos baking powder in parts. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (the bigger the paper, the lower the dough) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

For cream, bring milk, flour, starch, powder sugar also eggs to thick pudding. Removing from heat also stir with butter & vanilla sugar while still hot. Melting butter and sugar in it when stirring. I flip it with a hand blender and cream became gentle also soft. Let it cool.

Finally, whisk the cream until strong and stir the pudding with a whisk. Halve the cream.
